As you know, I just went to settlement on Saturday, February 6, 2010. It has been a real pleasure working with you.
I was so worried about losing my house because the house payment was getting to be too high for me & I needed some bills paid off that were from necessary home improvements.
Not only did you get me a lower mortgage payment ($1500 vs. $1100), you were able to pay off most of my bills for me. I don’t even have to make a house payment for two months!!! $400 is a BIG difference in my house payment. Thank you for getting me such a low interest rate (3.75%).
You were so helpful to me & were there with me every step of the way. You said you would work it out which you did. I had one mortgage company try to get me to re-finance for a $1800.00 house payment and my house payment was $1500.00 & now it is $1100.
Also, thank you very much for working with the appraiser because I knew that my house was worth more than it was appraised for. I could tell by the prices of the houses sold in my area and they were basing it on one house that sold on my street and my house is definitely worth a lot more money than theirs. They don’t even have a front yard!!!
